Ordering Process
Note: To place your order by mail or fax please use this form. To place your order online follow the steps below.
- Order Toffee Find the product(s) you wish to purchase by visiting the Order Toffee page. Click on the <Order> button next to the product.
- If you need to update the number of items, visit the Cart page and change the number in the box provided and then click <Update Cart>.
- Checkout First time users will need to set up an account. After logging in or setting up your account you will then select your shipping address. If you've ordered more than one item, you can choose to have the items sent to multiple addresses. (Shipping fees to each address are calculated separately - see pricing below.) Note that you must assign all products in your cart to addresses before being able to continue with checking out.
Gift Message You can send a gift message of up to 20 words with each shipment.
- Billing Information Please enter your credit card information and select your billing address. Visa, Mastercard, or American Express are accepted at this time.
- Order Confirmation Finally, confirm all the information for your order and click <Place Order>.
- Your order will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipping carrier. If you have any questions or problems with your order please contact us at orders@rushburn.com or 415-647-7902.

Shipping Information
We offer three shipping options: Ground (7 business days), FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight shipping. Warm weather delivery: During the warm seasons we strongly recommend shipping overnight or standard with climate-controlled packaging (additional costs may incur). Since temperatures vary across the country we often choose not to ship over the weekend to ensure the quality of toffee upon arrival. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.

Order Discounts
For our Corporate Customers we offer volume discounts. Depending on your needs we will enclose gift messages provided by you or create custom messages for you. If you are sending more than 10 corporate gifts please place your order via fax, email orders@rushburn.com, or phone at 1-415-647-7902 to facilitate your order.

Turn Around Time
